The Nassau Group, Ltd specializes in providing custom injection molding services for small to high production runs. We manufacturer plastic components using PMMA, ABS, PC and Nylon. We specialize in clear LED optical grade parts and vacuum metalized reflectors which are molded and metalized in-house.
We can provide one-piece solutions with overmolding services using Nylon & TPE, along with more complex two-part designs. We have experience molding thermally conductive polymers for heatsinks as well as glass-filled materials and high-temperature thermoplastics.
Available injection machine capacity from 120 to 350 ton.
