As technology, markets, and customer needs evolved, so did we. Rebranded as The Nassau Group, Ltd. in 1991, we expanded our capabilities to include precision injection molding, vacuum metalization, advanced optical design, project management, and full-scale assembly services.
Today, we specialize in serving LED and general lighting industries — as well as medical, industrial, emergency signal, flashlight and specialty OEM markets — offering comprehensive, confidential support from concept through production. Our ISO 9001-certified and UL WTDP recognized partners ensure our clients receive exceptional quality and service at every stage.

Since opening the company’s Philadelphia office in 1998, Jim has been instrumental in building Nassau’s reputation as a trusted partner for high-quality, precision-engineered components.
As President and owner, Jim oversees all aspects of project management and production, guiding clients from initial concept through to full-scale manufacturing. He works closely with engineering and sourcing teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions for a wide range of industries — including lighting, medical, theater & entertainment, emergency signal, flashlight, and industrial applications.
Jim’s long-standing relationships with Fortune 500 companies and leading OEMs speak to his commitment to service, transparency, and performance. Under his leadership, The Nassau Group has become known for its expertise in optical-grade injection molding, vacuum metalization, and value-added secondary processing that enhance product functionality and visual appeal.
