The Nassau Group provides custom injection molded vacuum metalized reflectors. Common substrates include:
- ABS
- Polycarbonate
- Polyetherimide (PEI)
- Nylon
- Other high heat materials
Applications are available for indoor and outdoor function. The molded parts are basecoated, metalized with 99% pure aluminum, and topcoated from oxidation. This process yields a precision reflector with a highly specular finish. Reflectivity is between 83~89% pending on the manufacturing process.
