The Nassau Group manufactures custom injection molds for export from Taiwan. We contract the molds under SPI & DME standard guidelines to your written requirements. Tools are tested & certified before running First Articles Samples.
We conduct mold trials and submit First Article Samples (FAS), accompanied by a complete First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) for parts approval. Upon FAS approval, we will supply the following when shipping the molds to your facility:
- Full mold drawings representing the finished tool
- Typical molding machine parameters used to mold the First Article Samples.
- Mold trial-run video
Our typical lead time is 50-55 calendar days to complete the tool and provide First Article Samples.
